The Type 23881 Star Clean all-in-one hygiene system features hand washing, hand sterilization, sole cleaning modules, and for extra protection, an access control turnstile that would only permit access to the clean working environment once the cleaning procedure has been carried out.
The cleaning procedure begins when the employee steps onto the platform triggering an automatic start up of the system and the following cleaning actions take place:
Sole Cleaning: The brushes located at the base of the unit begin to spin while an injection of water and detergent occur and the shoe soles or boot soles are being cleaned continuously while the employee walks through the Star Clean Hygiene Station.
Hand Washing: While on the unit, the employee will first pass through the hand washing module. To wash hands, the employee starts by placing the hands into the soap (disinfectant) dispenser to get a dose of soap that is to be followed by placing the hands under the tap, which automatically starts the water flow, and hand washing may commence.
Hand Sterilization: The final step is to place the hands into the hand sterilization unit to receive a dose of sterilizing agent. Once the unit dispenses the sterilizing agent the turnstile will unlock to allow passage into the clean production area. The turnstile allows for outward passage without locking. |
