  • An intensive cleaning is done by a permanent treatment with alkaline solution. Meat and fat rests are removed perfectly.
  • The tested disinfection  programme safeguards a high standard of hygiene.
  • The cleaning process is based on the disinfecting effect of activated oxygen and is therefore free of chloric cleaning detergents and disinfectants. By this, an especially low sewage load is guaranteed.
  • Cleaning appliance type 2328 with integrated bin for cleaning detergent and disinfectant.
  • The pushing in resp. out of the bin is based on a  unique pushing in device. The running out or splashing of the concentrate is prevented, the contact with the skin therefore avoided.
  • It is possible to clean and  disinfect chemothermically either about 35 safety gloves or 7 stainless steel or 15 plastics safety aprons within shortest charging times.
  • The specially careful treatment of the expensive working equipment made of stainless steel results in a clearly longer service life of the equipment.
  • A clear cost saving is achieved by the low water,  disinfectant, cleaning detergent and energy consumption of the appliance type 2328. Short charging times as well as automated processes finally also lead to savings in staff.
  • The container with the alkaline solution, the washing drum as well as the appliance casing are made of stainless steel.
