The Hygiene Station STAR-CLEAN COMPACT Type 23891 can directly be integrated into the process chain of the systematic personnel hygiene.

The maximum basic hygiene which is a precondition to enter the highly sensitive production areas is achieved by the controlled process.

The effectiveness of the mechanical cleaning is increased by the helical positioning of the bristles and a perfect draining off of the contamination is ensured.

The Hygiene Station STAR-CLEAN COMPACT Type 23891 works as follows:

  • The integrated DUOTIZER ensures an entire disinfection of the hands while - at the same time - the soles are cleaned efficiently in the disinfection tub which has been positioned directly below the disinfectant dispenser.
  • The drip zone which follows prevents an entrainment of the moisture into production areas.
  • The motor-driven turnstile in combination with the DUOTIZER, controls access to the production areas, as only after disinfection of the hands access is permitted.
  • The machine can be easily integrated into the flow of personnel, as up to 20 people per minute can be routed into the production area.
  • The staff member, who leaves the production zone, crosses two rotating brushes which work transversally to the passage direction. With a mixture of water and disinfectant as well as with the mechanical force of the brushes the soles are efficiently cleaned by them.
  • They start the disinfection process without contact.
  • A maximum operation comfort: both hands are simultaneously put into the disinfection tubes.
  • When the green light signals then entry through the turnstile is possible.
  • All functions, such as reaction time, operation time of the brushes, dosage intervals and concentration, can be set individually by the integrated circuit microprocessor.
  • The system enables a quick leaving of the production areas without personnel forming a crowd and at an only minimal entrainment of the contamination into adjacent sections of the company.
  • The disinfection of the soles which has to be carried out before entering the production areas is done in the front part of the tub to walk through. This tub contains a disinfectant solution.
  • The feeding up of the solution is guaranteed by an interval dosage which depends on the number of people going through the tub.

For the cleaning of sides of soles a circular brush is optionally available.
