Knives are important tools to food processing facilities and they need to be kept sharp and clean to be effective. While it is important to keep knives sharp it must also be kept clean in order to prevent product contamination. Usually knives get dirty or dull through usage, however, it can also become dirty and damaged if it is not properly stored.

Attec knife holding systems are designed to safely and securely hold knives and whet steels. Made from food grade stainless steel, knife holders come with handles, blade protection, hold back mechanism, and are lockable.
