No changeover time is required between different tray sizes because, the SoloMax uses a single 13 inch roll of stretch film to wrap virtually all tray sizes (including Family Pack sizes).

The SoloMax Automatic Wrapper is ideally suited to your high volume wrapping needs with wrapping up to 30 packages per minute and it requires no changeover time or selection between different tray sizes. The Max uses a single 13 inch roll of stretch film to wrap a large varietyof tray sizes from 1S to 10" x 14" Family Packs. The built-in program even allows you to select the film tightness. Select standard tight stretch for most packages or a looser wrap for sharp edge or delicate products.
An optional extended infeed conveyor is available to provide the ability to flood feed the wrapper for maximum throughput and productivity.
