Safeline’s PowerPhasePLUS RB Metal Detector is designed for easy integration into bulk processing and packaging lines. Detector heads incorporate advanced technology to deliver the highest in-line metal detection performance available. When integrated with a conveyor system, bulk product inspection can be fully automated.

Operation is made simple through a menu-driven interface built on the industry proven PowerPhase software platform. Even difficult to detect non-magnetic stainless steel and fine wire contaminants can be readily detected in a wide range of bulk products.

PowerPhasePLUS RB detector heads are particularly well suited to inspecting 55lb. – 110lb. bulk bags, but are equally capable of inspecting any dry, wet, loose or packed bulk product.
