Product cooling conveyor, or drying conveyor, is used to cool down or dry down products. Using a cooling conveyor you can improve production by reducing waiting time between phases by quickly cooling down and stabilizing the product.

Cooling conveyor can use ambient air (room temperature) or a fan cooling system to cool down products. Furthermore, Shawpak multi-tiered cooling conveyor design means that you will not require a large and cumbersome conveyor to sufficiently cooling down your products. Instead, our cooling conveyor has a smaller footprint and will require lesser space to achieve the same cooling effect as a conveyor four to five times longer in length.

We can custom design and custom built your Cooling conveyor to your exact specification and to the standards recommended by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to ensure that it can easily be incorporated into your current factory layout.
