Inspection conveyors, a.k.a. metal detection conveyors, are an essential component of any great product inspection program to ensure products are free of metal contaminants, such as, broken pieces of food processing equipment that make their way into the finished product.
Shawpaks’ expertise will ensure that the conveyor system operation will not cause interference with the operation of the metal detector by means of mechanical vibration. For example, higher frequency metal detectors that are highly sensitive can be extremely susceptible to mechanical vibration, which can produce false rejects.
We can custom design and custom built your inspection conveyor to your exact specification and to the standards recommended by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to ensure that it can easily be incorporated into your current factory layout. CFIA approved certification can be arranged at your expense.
